CEO & Founder
Before establishing MHR in 2010, Colm qualified as a chartered surveyor (MRICS). Colm set out to build a business with two core goals in mind; to exceed clients expectations at all times and to ensure MHR would be a great place to work in. In December 2015, MHR was recognised in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 as one of the fastest growing companies in the UK - a true testament to our service levels and the hard work we have all put in.
Colm is also a board member across a number of other associated companies and a member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO). YPO is the largest global business network of CEO's and business owners with 22,000 members worldwide.
Away from the office, Colm can be found either on the golf course (if its not raining) or with his wife and three kids (all currently under five years old)!
Donnacha is responsible for overseeing the finance function to ensure all obligations are met, whilst providing management with timely and accurate information that enables them to make great business decisions!
Donnacha has been with McGinley Group for six years; progressing from Accountant to Finance Director. He qualified as a management accountant (ACMA) in 2009 and has been putting his skills to good use since!
In his spare time he likes to repair calculators, spend time with family and friends, and nervously supports Man United on occasion!
Liz joined the MHR Executive Team in 2013 to head up the Aviation Team. This division provides pilots, cabin crew, engineers and senior executives to a wide range of airlines globally.
With 27 years in the recruitment industry and a passion for aviation, she describes this as her dream job.
When not flying around the globe, developing new business and looking after our customer base, Liz enjoys football (Spurs), gym, and even more travel to sun drenched beaches.
Sarah-Jane Bradish joined McGinley as part of the Professional Services team in April 2011 and has now been heading up the CEP division for a number of years.
McGinley CEP operates across the UK from our strategically placed branch network. Sarah-Jane oversees the various teams based in our Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds & London offices.
Her positive and entrepreneurial spirit is contagious, and ripples through the team bringing out the best in our managers and consultants.
With a diverse career in recruitment, Paul brings a plethora of experience to his role as Director of McGinley Education.
Paul moved back into Education Recruitment in 2008 as a Branch Manager, then Area Manager. He is passionate about offering candidates and clients the best possible service.
Outside of work Paul spends time with his friends and family, and is passionate about UFC and Football. Also fluent in Spanish, Paul savours any opportunity to practise his Spanish whether in Spain or not!
Jane’s responsible for the delivery of safe and competent healthcare professionals to a range of clients including the NHS, private hospitals and nursing homes.
Jane has over 15 years’ experience in the healthcare market including eight years in healthcare recruitment. She is passionate about providing the highest quality service to both clients and candidates. Away from work, Jane can be found chasing her young son around various parks, farms and zoo’s across the North West!
