McGinley Human Resources is a subsidiary of the McGinley Group which was established in 1962.  McGinley provides recruitment services to Clients (and Candidates), placing workers on a contract or temporary hired or permanent basis.  Today, we also support our Clients with a range of consultancy and specialist package works.

McGinley Group is one of the largest family run staffing business in the UK employing some 250 staff, supply over 3,000 people every day on temporary / contract assignments and place in excess of 500 people each year into permanent employment. This is managed through our 20 offices throughout the UK and internationally, generating a projected turnover in 2012 of circa £120 million.
